Mindfulness Sessions

These Mindfulness Sessions cover different topics around personal development and mindfulness, healthy and balanced lifestyle, rediscovering yourself, growth and improvement of your life.

Sessions can be 1 to 3 1/2 hours in order to actively learn, practice and internalize exercises. I always include also guided meditations for relaxation and to work with your subconscious mind on a specific subject.

You can imagine that personal development is like a big tree with deep roots: in order to find your true self you need to go deep and work layer by layer with time, effort and dedication.

These events can be online or face to face.

“I took part in a mindfulness webinar with Gracia on the topic of “goal setting”. It was organized very well, signing up was simpel and an email with some information and tips in advance was very helpful, too.
The session took 2.5 hours and inherited different parts such as a presentation about goal setting and useful tools, a wonderful mediation that deeply moved me, (inter)active parts applying some of the given tools which helped me to outline my personal goals and further, to prioritize them to avoid overload, next, we shared certain aspects within the group which was nice as exchange can always be a further enrichment.
